InServ Corp. is seeking a Field Safety Representative to implement and administer safety policies and programs for assigned projects in the North Carolina region.
The role requires leading safety audits, training personnel, and enforcing compliance with federal and state standards on industrial construction sites. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of field safety experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments, with CSP and OSHA certifications being a plus.

Job Summary: The Field Safety Representative is responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining, and coordinating all InServ safety policies and programs including safety training and inspections for the assigned project and others as needed. Ensures compliance with all InServ and Site/Customer safety policies and procedure; as well as Federal and State Standards.
