Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in safety, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Ability to independently balance member safety, compliance, and productivity.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement safety policies to prevent workplace injuries.
• Lead safety assessments and identify hazards in operations.
• Conduct safety training for new hires and existing staff.

Skills

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to coach and teach

Computer literacy, Microsoft Suite

OSHA/MSHA Certified instructor

Education
