Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks a Roustabout to support field operations for our water transfer business in Dushore, PA. You will set up and tear down containment, piping, and equipment and operate heavy machinery when trained.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, teamwork and communication skills, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel overnight. 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekend availability are common.

Qualifications

• Requires strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in roustabout or oil & gas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety. Communicate across teams via radio, phone, and in person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
