Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer to provide comprehensive service solutions for customers, focusing on machinery health, protection, and monitoring systems across oil and gas, chemical, and power industries.

The role requires diagnosing issues from vibration data, performing rotor dynamic analysis, and delivering clear reports. Candidates should have a engineering degree and be prepared for extensive travel and offshore assignments when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience with rotating equipment or machinery (compressors, turbines, pumps, fans).
Willingness to travel up to 70% and work overtime.
Must possess valid driver’s license and passport; TWIC eligibility.
Willingness to travel overseas and/or work on offshore platforms occasionally.

Responsibilities

Diagnose machinery problems using vibration and operational data.
Travel to customer sites to provide field service support.
Prepare timely reports with findings and recommendations.
Build relationships with customers and act as trusted advisor for rotating equipment health.
Calculate and oversee placement of balance weights.
Uphold HS&E standards and procedures.
