Tadlock Roofing in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Assistant District Sales Manager. This is a field‑based leadership role that balances coaching with continued frontline selling to drive strong results. You will coach reps, shadow appointments, and reinforce the sales process while leading by example.

A proven background in roofing or outside sales and excellent communication are essential. You’ll spend most weeks in the field, with some office time for meetings and training, and you’ll partner

Qualificações

• Proven experience in roofing, home improvement, or outside sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to spend majority of time in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Spend majority of time in the field, with some time in the office for meetings, training, and administrative responsibilities.
• Run leads and continue producing strong individual sales results.
• Lead by example by demonstrating Tadlock Roofing’s sales process and best practices.
• Take sales reps with you in the field so they can shadow your customer interactions and presentations.
• Shadow reps in the field to help ensure they are following the sales process and provide real-time coaching.
• Help reps improve their presentations, overcome objections, close sales, and increase overall performance.
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining appropriate sales team staffing levels.
• Be a resource for sales reps when they need support with customers or sales opportunities.
• Assist with preparing and presenting sales meetings and training content.
• Assist with coaching and training new and existing sales reps.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to support the overall performance of the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
