SmartRoof in Reston, VA is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role that launches a career in sales. You’ll meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide them through the insurance restoration process.

This entry-level path offers paid training, uncapped commissions, weekly coaching, contests and leadership opportunities as you move from Year 1 to Year 2 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus—not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
