Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to join its independent contractor network. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge tech while serving insureds directly.

Successful technicians possess safety, professionalism, and strong customer service, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Roofing or insurance claims exposure is a plus; certifications may be required for contractor pool

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with ability to meet scheduling needs.
• Must inspect steep and high roofs safely in all weather.
• Proven professionalism and customer service.
• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is a plus.
• Willing to obtain necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exterior and interior roof inspections on steep/high roofs.
• Assess property damage and document findings.
• Communicate clearly with insureds and clients.
• Maintain accurate records using MS Office and Teams.
