The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and empathy when dealing with insureds, with a versatile schedule across diverse weather conditions. Roofing/construction background or claims experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32’ ladder.
• Lidar device or ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro/advanced device).
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Independent contractor status and ability to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs, exterior and interior assessments.
• Perform underwriting property inspections using technology.
• Assist insureds professionally while minimizing further damage until repairs occur.
