Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in robotics.
• Owns releases for systems with embedded/real-time components.
• Experience with CI/CD, test infrastructure, and automation.
• Strong debugging across software/hardware boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Define validation strategy and test coverage across unit, integration, system, regression, and endurance tests.
• Own the software release process end-to-end from planning to deployment.
• Develop CI pipelines and automated regression suites with clear visibility.
• Coordinate verification across simulation, HIL, lab rigs, and field robots.
• Establish performance benchmarks and acceptance thresholds for critical behaviors.
• Translate product requirements into testable criteria and validation plans.
• Create and maintain release notes, validation reports, and deployment playbooks.
• Ensure safe deployment practices and compliance with safety standards.
