You will drive testing strategies, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and guide a team of validation professionals. The role requires a strong background in product validation, software lifecycle understanding, and excellent communication to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Proven experience in product validation is required.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and validation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Validate robotics software products across lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Develop and execute validation protocols including functional, performance and reliability testing.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC standards relevant to robotics and software.
• Lead and mentor validation professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve validation processes and tooling.
