Gravis Robotics is seeking a hands-on Field Robotics Engineer to own end-to-end customer deployments across the Americas, from site assessment to live operations. This on-site role requires troubleshooting integrated robotic systems and serving as the trusted technical face of Gravis to customers.
You will work closely with R&D and Operations to refine deployment plans, testing, and delivery while traveling to sites domestically and internationally as needed. This is not a desk job.
Gravis Robotics is a startup turning heavy construction machines into intelligent and autonomous robots. Our unique combination of learning-based automation and augmented remote control enables a single operator to safely manage a fleet of earthmoving machines in a gamified environment. With over a decade of academic experience at the cutting edge of large-scale robotics, our team is rapidly translating this expertise into real-world deployments with industry leaders in a trillion-dollar market.
Our Rooftop Autonomous Control Kit (RACK) integrates sensing, compute, communication, and networking into a manufacturer-agnostic solution that works across a wide range of construction machines. We operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world deployment, and we're growing fast.
We're building out our US field team and looking for a hands-on Field Robotics Engineer to be part of it from the ground up. You'll own the end-to-end technical execution of customer deployments across the Americas, from initial site assessment through live operations, and work directly with R&D and Operations to continuously sharpen how we plan, test, and deliver.
This is not a desk job. You'll be on-site, getting systems to perform in real-world conditions, troubleshooting integrated robotic systems under pressure, and serving as the trusted technical face of Gravis to our customers. If you want to see your work move dirt, this is the role.
This role is US-based with frequent travel to deployment sites across the Americas. You'll get real exposure to customer environments from day one.
