Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking personnel to join the ONR Expeditionary Robotics team. The position involves hands-on work with USV, UGV, and sUAS platforms, including field exercises and training with government civilians, contractors, or active-duty units.

The role requires travel (about 35%), the ability to operate in austere environments, and an ACTIVE Secret clearance. FAA Part 107 drone pilot license is required and candidates must adapt quickly to new technologies.

Qualifications

• Prior military experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems.
• Experience designing and 3D printing parts.
• Troubleshooting electronics and basic soldering skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, test, troubleshoot, and repair Unmanned Systems (UxS) at lab or field level.
• Modify, maintain, and support USV/UGV/sUAS platforms.
• Assist with inventory, packing, and movement of equipment for experiments or field exercises.
• Provide feedback to developers on usability and applicability of tested technologies.
