Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of construction materials testing or roadway inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field density testing on soil, base and asphalt using nuclear gauge methods.
• Perform proof rolling, subgrade verification and material sampling per plans.
• Maintain and calibrate field testing equipment; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support testing activities and assist other field technicians as required.
