Touching Angels Healthcare, a Maryland-licensed Residential Service Agency, seeks a per diem Registered Nurse Case Manager to conduct in-home client assessments across Maryland.

You will assess clients in their homes, maintain care plans, supervise direct care staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met, with full clinical independence in the field and administrative support from our office team.

Qualifications

• Formal nursing education required (Bachelor's or Associate's degree).
• Active Maryland RN license (or compact state license valid in MD).
• Minimum 1 year pediatric, home care, or hospital experience.
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Malpractice insurance coverage is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-home assessments and update care plans.
• Supervise direct care staff and provide clinical consultation.
• Coordinate care planning and timely physician communication.
• Document progress notes and upload assessments to EMR.
• Travel extensively across Maryland to client homes.
