Job summary

CLS is looking for experienced Right of Way Agents in Torrington, WY. This position conducts field level investigations to collect information for land values, permits, crop data, potential concerns along the route, and related matters.

The ideal candidate can perform a variety of duties independently and work on-site in Torrington, WY. Essentials include 1–3+ years of ROW experience and 3+ years of Transmission Line experience; strong communication; proficiency with common software; and

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3+ years of Right of Way experience.
• Must have 3+ years of Transmission Line experience.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Torrington, WY.
• Must be technologically proficient.
• Prior experience with CLS Maps is preferred!

Responsibilities

• Conduct field level investigations to obtain information for land values and permits.
• Contact landowners to negotiate property rights and settlements.
• Represent client in negotiations with owners and attorneys.
• Assist in condemnation-related processes when needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation for client review.
