Job summary

Closet Factory is seeking a Retail Account Manager for the Lowe's program in the Greater Orlando area. You will drive sales growth, train store staff, and coordinate with Designers to ensure brand standards and promotions are executed across Lowe's locations.

This role requires strong communication, ability to travel regularly, and proven success in B2B or B2C retail partnerships. You will manage lead generation, events, and in-store activations, acting as the liaison between Closet Factory,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B/B2C retail sales or account management.
• Proven ability to train and lead with autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth through in-store activities, training, and events.
• Coordinate lead generation, training, and brand promotion with Lowe's stores.
• Serve as liaison between Closet Factory, Lowe's staff, and internal teams.
• Ensure marketing displays and collateral are compliant and visually appealing.
• Travel regularly, including some weekends, to store locations and events.
