Job summary

CROSSMARK is looking for a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in Lavalette, NJ and surrounding areas.

You will gain shelf placement, build product displays, stock shelves, and ensure planogram compliance while developing strong relationships with store staff. The role involves travel and a daytime schedule with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
