Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic Retail Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in major retailers. You’ll gain shelf placement, build displays, and collaborate with store staff to ensure planogram compliance and accurate pricing.

This role requires 18+, comfortable with smart devices, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to multiple stores. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with weekly pay and paid training available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
