Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel your territory, visiting 22–30 stores daily to build relationships with merchants and educate them on the client’s financial services and program benefits.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a company mobile device. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with about 90 days of anticipated assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reliably transport within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees.
• Place point-of-purchase signage on the exterior and/or interior of the business.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches; promote products.
• Document visits and report activity to Retail Operations.
