Qualifications

• Fundamentals of carpentry and tool usage are required.
• On-the-job training through interaction with skilled carpenters.
• Level 2 progression in the Progressive Carpenter track.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from experienced carpenter and supervisor.
• Move and protect contents without damage.
• Construct containment for dust and debris in the working area.
• Perform tasks related to floodcutting, salvaging, and labeling baseboards/cabinets/doors.
• Develop material knowledge related to trims, doors, cabinetry.
• Learn framing, trim installation, cabinetry installation under supervision.
• Develop knowledge of dry-in roofing material installation.
• Learn MSDS protocols for chemicals used during mitigation.
• Attend safety training and meet BELFOR standards.
