Job summary

CoStar Group in Denver, CO seeks Field Researchers to canvass commercial properties and collect tenant data across a defined geographic territory. You will document business names, addresses, suite sizes, geolocation, and building characteristics while representing CoStar professionally.

This role requires independent work, strong time management, data accuracy, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with building staff to access tenant rosters and ensure timely, complete data coverage in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong time management skills and detail orientation; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete data coverage.
• Walk through buildings floor-by-floor to document tenant data (business name, address, suite size, geolocation, media).
• Communicate with building staff to gain access to tenant rosters and data.
• Identify missing inventory and data gaps.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all collected information.
• Always represent CoStar professionally.

Education
