Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in-person university or college.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong time-management and detail-oriented, independent self-manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Accurate data collection and entry ability.
• Self-motivated, self-organized, able to navigate large geographic areas.
• Proactive data discrepancy resolution and problem solving.
• Tech proficiency with Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, and internet apps.

Responsibilities

• Navigate grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
• Conduct floor-by-floor walk-throughs documenting tenant data and building characteristics.
• Communicate with building staff to access tenant rosters and data.
• Identify new or missing inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of collected information.
• Represent CoStar professionally in all interactions.
