Tasks include field operations, sample processing, and equipment operation under supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fields, leadership and organizational skills, and availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related fields.
• Standardize qualitative data (e.g., scales, categories).
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Contingent worker responsible for expediting driver license when needed (employment requirement).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks for the Phytogen Seed Company research program.
• Assist with field research operations related to planting, thinning, weeding, pollinations, and sample harvest.
• Prepare supplies, sort, gin, weigh, and package seeds for shipping.
• Operate mobile field equipment (tractor, cotton picker) and stationary equipment (module builder).
• Maintain general facility operations, including clean-up and organization of samples and supplies.
