The role involves performing field and processing tasks, assisting with equipment maintenance, and supporting seasonal research programs. Availability for 1st & 2nd shifts and outdoor work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or natural sciences required.
• Proficiency in standardizing qualitative data.
• Leadership and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks in the Phytogen Seed Company research program.
• Assist with Field and Processing Worker tasks.
• Support repair and maintenance of field equipment under supervision.
• Operate mobile field equipment such as a tractor or cotton picker.
• Sample processing operations and packaging preparation.
• General facility organization and sample management.
• Seasonal work in indoor and outdoor settings.
