Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Technician's Assistant to support the Phytogen Seed Company research program in Puerto Rico and the USA. Responsibilities include routine field and processing tasks, equipment operation, and sample handling in an outdoor/indoor setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field, leadership and organizational skills, and availability for first and second shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Agronomy, natural science, or related field.
• Strong leadership and organization capabilities.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain required driver license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks in the Phytogen Seed Company research program.
• Assist with field and processing tasks as described for the Field and Processing Worker.
• Under supervision, assist with repair and maintenance of field equipment and operation of field equipment.
• Handle sample organization during harvest and processing; assist with sample preparation and shipping.
