Job summary

Quality Consulting Group seeks a talented Technician's Assistant to join the Phytogen Seed Company research program and contribute to a world-class manufacturing environment in the USA.

You will perform routine field and processing tasks under supervision, assist with equipment operation, and help organize samples during harvest and processing. This seasonal role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Natural Science or related field is required.
• Standardize qualitative data (e.g., scales, categories).
• Leadership and Organizational Skills are essential for coordinating tasks.
• The contingent worker will be responsible for expediting the needed driver license when asked (this is a requirement for employment).
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks for the Phytogen Seed Company research program.
• Assist with Field and Processing Worker tasks; work under supervision.
• Assist with repair and maintenance of field equipment and operation of field equipment.
• Organize samples during harvest and processing; support sample processing and seed packaging.
• Perform general facility tasks and support the supervising Field Technician.
