Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Field Research Photographer to support Cologne market coverage. You will photograph commercial properties, collect building data, and perform on-site inspections, ensuring up-to-date visuals for CoStar databases.

The role is a two-year fixed term contract with opportunities to contribute to field surveys, mapping, and tenant-space photography, with travel as needed and training in field tools provided.

Qualifications

• Photography education or training is preferred.
• Excellent written/spoken communication in German and English.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for post-processing.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality exterior property images and collect building data.
• Identify new availabilities and image updates within assigned areas.
• Support drone-based imagery when trained and permitted.
