Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC seeks a motivated Technician/Assistant to support in Puerto Rico & USA field research programs within a world-class manufacturing context. You will contribute to various field and processing tasks, assist with seed research operations, and help organize samples during harvest and processing.

This seasonal contingent role requires flexibility across 1st and 2nd shifts, weekend and holiday work, and duties may evolve with program stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or Natural Science.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills.
• Must be able to obtain/expedite driver's license when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks for the Phytogen Seed Company research program.
• Carry out tasks described for the Field and Processing Worker.
• Assist the supervising Field Technician with additional tasks as needed.
• Operate and assist with field equipment under supervision (tractor, cotton picker).
• Handle sample organization during harvest and/or processing and seed packaging.
• Work in indoor and/or outdoor settings across seasons.
