Job summary

Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) in North Chicago, IL seeks a full-time Research Assistant for a DoD-funded project on urinary proteomic biomarkers of bone adaptation. You will support field data collection, biospecimen handling, and study logistics across sites with travel to field locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant logistics across study timepoints and sites.
• Support IRB-approved recruitment, consent, screening, and participant relations.
• Perform field data collection and biospecimen handling per SOPs.
• Maintain study records, data quality checks, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage equipment, inventories, and sample transport across sites.
• Assist with progress reporting and dissemination activities.
