Responsibilities

• Construction Administration: perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid/technical specs, and shop drawing reviews.
• Field Inspections: conduct on-site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Project Coordination: prepare project schedules and budgets and review monthly construction estimates.
• Liaison & Certification: attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies; facilitate final project certifications.
• Design Support: assess constructability of designs for project managers and engineers.

Position Overview

The Field Representative/Sr. Inspector is responsible for on-site representation and construction administration for stormwater, utility, site development, and roadway projects. This role ensures that construction efforts align with design intent and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum four (4) years in construction inspections.
• Specialization: Mandatory experience in roadway, stormwater management, and utility construction.
• Local Knowledge: Treasure Coast experience is preferred.
