Corporate HR Specialist – Field Representative I, Document Imaging
Position profile: Ensures and maintains customer satisfaction according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-performance level work in the conversion of hard copy letters, forms, and other paper documents into an electronic imaging format.
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, rubber bands, etc., for the document scanning process.
- Review the paper record against the electronic document to verify image quality and missing documents.
- Verify and validate image/document errors and make necessary changes as needed.
- Maintain productivity and quality levels in accordance with current standards.
- Review each scanned record for accuracy and clearness of the scanned product.
- Scan all new documentation received and loose paperwork.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and error-free work.
- Achieve Time Productive statistics by meeting established standards.
- Maintain optimal machine performance, maintenance (clearing jams, refilling toner, etc.).
- Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
- Communicate problems effectively and promptly to the manager.
- Avoid assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by performing error-free jobs per customer specifications using imaging technology for Digital Mail and Imaging operations.
- Duties may include shipping and receiving and handling of USPS.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic PC skills.
- Basic computer data entry experience.
- Basic typing and data entry skills.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Ability to work multiple shifts including nights, weekends, overtime and holidays depending upon work volume and customer needs.
- Must be able to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels.
- Deals with moderate stress levels and can cope with stressful situations for extended periods.
- Position often requires standing for at least eight hours per day.
- May involve lifting and moving supplies weighing up to 50 lbs from the floor to waist height, carrying up to 10 feet, and lowering back to the floor.
