Job summary

Rite Rug Co. is seeking a Field Representative in Kansas City, MO. The role involves inspecting homes and projects before, during, and after installations, performing field measurements, and ensuring the right materials are on site.

You will coordinate with customers and project managers daily and drive between job sites to keep installations on schedule. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, safety mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus.
• Construction experience is helpful.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Good communicator and multi-tasker.
• Must pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and projects before, during and after installations.
• Field measure and check work orders for material quantities.
• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive between job sites, plan and prioritize daily tasks.
