RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative with flexible schedules in Decatur, IL. No experience needed; you can work within store hours and adjust your shift around study or other commitments.

The role emphasizes accountability, respect, and trust, with training provided and a minimum guaranteed pay plus upside as you complete projects. As a part-time team member, you will collect items in store aisles, use the pricing app, and meet assignment deadlines while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigeration areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments within the assigned window.
• Use the pricing app to receive and record tasks.
• Transport items within store aisles as required.
• Log drive time and mileage for reimbursement.
• Adapt to store environments including cold areas as needed.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
