Job Summary: Our Field Representative’s primary job function takes place outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. They check job readiness, monitor installers, verify completion, and handle outstanding items. They also field measure and check work orders to ensure proper materials are ordered and available for installations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day.
• Schedule work to be done in an efficient manner.
• Determine best method of installations and repairs.
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations.
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring installation experience a plus; construction experience is helpful.
