Rite Rug in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Field Representative to manage cabinet installations from inspection to completion. You will work with builders and project managers daily to ensure installations meet specifications and client expectations.

A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, with at least one year of cabinetry or flooring installation experience. Safety, independence, and strong communication are essential.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in cabinetry/flooring installation or equivalent.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Drug test and random testing may apply.

Job Details: Job Location: Charlotte - Charlotte, NC 28269, Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a Field Representative to join our team!

$45,000 to $50,000, salary based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the complete inspection/servicing cabinet installations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Communicate with builders and project managers daily
• Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is within specifications
• Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion
• Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements/repairs/adjustments as needed and communicate with installers
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least one year experience in cabinetry/flooring installation or equivalent.
• Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Required to pass drug test and subject to random testing.
