Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus; construction experience is helpful.
• Must demonstrate safety commitment and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and a valid license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Drive between job sites, plan and prioritize daily routes.
• Schedule work efficiently and determine installation methods.
• Ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction.
• Address complaints or questions about installations.
• Pickup and deliver materials as needed.

Salary based on experience.** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Our Field Representative’s primary job function takes place outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. They are checking job readiness, checking on the installers doing the work and verifying that everything gets done, and doing the little things to button up whatever is outstanding. They are field measuring and checking work orders to make sure we have the right quantities of materials ordered and we have materials to cover all the areas in the installations. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis * Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day * Schedule work to be done in an efficient manor * Determine best method of installations and repairs * Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction * Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations * Pick up and deliver materials as necessary * Perform other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent * **Flooring Installation experience a plus!
