You will conduct exterior home inspections, perform repairs, manage warranty requests, and coordinate subcontractors, working directly with homeowners to deliver solutions that meet our quality standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in roofing, siding, windows, exterior construction, home repairs, or a related field.
• General knowledge of exterior home construction, installation, and repair techniques.
• Ability to assess exterior damage and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and basic construction equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and access rooftops.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, bend, climb, and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

• Identify additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to the appropriate internal team.
• Travel between multiple job sites throughout the workday.
