Job summary

M&M Home Remodeling Services is hiring a Field Repair Technician to service residential properties across Chicagoland. This full-time role involves hands-on exterior work including window/door repairs, roofing, siding, and other exterior improvements.

You will be trained on our methods and become part of a trusted local installer team with several decades of home remodeling experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Experience in construction/remodeling is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install windows and doors on residential homes in Chicagoland.
• Repair roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters.
• Undertake exterior home improvement projects and general repair work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a safe and professional job site.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. You'll work on residential homes throughout the Chicagoland area helping homeowners with:

• Window and door repairs and installations
• Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter repairs
• Exterior home improvement projects
• General repair and service work
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining a safe and professional job site

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including summer heat
• Enjoys hands-on work and solving problems
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
