Job summary

Intersect is seeking an Operations team member to ensure the performance and reliability of solar energy assets. This role will blend hands-on fieldwork with operational support, focusing on safety and technical diagnostics.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years of field experience, working collaboratively across teams to tackle key energy challenges.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on field experience with strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with utility-scale power generation or energy storage will help ramp quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support Root Cause Analysis efforts by gathering field data.
• Coordinate condition monitoring activities (infrared, ultrasound, NDT).
• Oversee third-party O&M providers to ensure alignment with standards.
