Flowserve is seeking a hands-on, technically driven On-Site Applications Engineer to act as a reliability field resource for contracted chemical and refining accounts in the Louisiana region, including Baton Rouge. This role focuses on technical authority, execution, and plant uptime, bridging field diagnostics with engineering solutions.

You will perform teardowns, failure analyses, and upgrades at the plant level, with dedicated support from a sales engineer, and have opportunities for growth

Competenze

• BSME or equivalent technical engineering degree or applicable experience.
• Foundational or deep understanding of rotating equipment dynamics, fluid systems, mechanical seals, and pumps.
• In-plant or process-intensive site experience is valued.

Mansioni

• Dismantle, inspect, and analyze mechanical seal systems (DCI).
• Conduct failure analyses and prepare data-driven reports for leadership.
• Serve as on-site technical liaison between customer operations and Flowserve engineers.
