Surface Experts of Central Indiana is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive a planned route across the Indianapolis area, introducing our repair service and building relationships with property and facility managers who rely on us.

You will follow a proven script, receive coaching from day one, and work through a daily routine that emphasizes logging visits, follow-ups, and pipeline growth. Accommodation for light admin from home is possible.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates consistent, proactive client interaction and follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong routine and discipline to execute daily plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily route across Indianapolis north/south sides and suburbs.
• Make in-person introductions at apartment communities and offices.
• Deliver a proven sales introduction and uncover client needs.
• Log visits, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers and coaching.
