Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services for a specific drug, delivering education on benefits investigation, prior authorization, and claims assistance through both on-site trainings and remote sessions.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience
• Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing and coding updates, claims submission, specialty pharmacy, medical benefit interpretation, and appeals.
• Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to targeted offices; manage backlog casework.
• Monitor program performance; report trends quarterly and via FRM CRM dashboard.
