Job description

Field Reimbursement Manager- Dermatology- Manhattan, South is a field-based role focused on patient support, access, reimbursement, and related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance customer experience and support patient access to Dupixent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issues, and financial assistance.
  • Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services and lead pull-through efforts.
  • Educate office personnel on reimbursement processes, prior authorization, and financial assistance programs.
  • Develop geographic business plans to support access.
  • Maintain knowledge of payer landscape, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management.
  • Build relationships with customer segments and advocacy groups.
  • Conduct office visits to facilitate patient access and resolve issues.
  • Work to reduce cycle times and increase patient prescription conversions.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare, with dermatology or market access experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (~60%) within the geography.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
