Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager - Dermatology - Manhattan, South

Location

Remote/Field, New York City

About the Job

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert relating to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and other business-related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The FRM is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Genzyme Patient Support Services organization and will work across multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will help develop and execute the national strategy by building reimbursement confidence and understanding with customers and assisting in patient pull-through efforts.

In this field-based position, the FRM will report to the FRM Director.

Main Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), collaborating cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts.
  • Educate office personnel on prior authorization, appeals processes, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
  • Develop and implement geographic business plans to support access to Dupixent.
  • Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
  • Build positive relationships with key customer segments, both internal and external.
  • Partner with Alliance colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness.
  • Conduct HCP office visits to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Work to reduce cycle time and increase patient prescription conversion rates for Dupixent.
About You
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in life sciences or business; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with Dermatology and/or Market Access experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel as necessary within the assigned geography (~60% travel expected).
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork within a matrix environment.
  • Energetic, driven, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptability to change and constructive reaction to high-energy environments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Compliance with all Sanofi-Genzyme policies, regulatory, and legal requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Travel Requirements
  • Approximately 60% travel within the assigned geography.
  • Availability to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as needed.
