Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager - Dermatology - Las Vegas

Location: Remote/Field (Las Vegas, NV)

About the Job

In this field-based position, the FRM will report to the assigned FRM Director.

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert relating to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeal, financial assistance, and other business-related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The FRM is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services organization and will work across multiple internal stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will help develop and execute the national strategy by building reimbursement confidence and understanding with customers and supporting patient pull-through efforts.

Main Responsibilities

FRM responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options provided by our Patient Support Program.
  • Acting as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), collaborating cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts and support the ABM as appropriate.
  • Supporting field education of office personnel on prior authorization, appeals processes, reimbursement support through Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
  • Planning and implementing geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent.
  • Establishing positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Partnering with Alliance colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Developing relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as needed to support patient access and raise awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
  • Conducting HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
  • Working to reduce cycle time and increase patient prescription conversion rates for Dupixent.
About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience
  • Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is a plus
  • Ability to travel as necessary within the assigned geography (~50%)
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork within a matrix environment
  • Energetic, driven, and adaptable to change
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
  • Compliance with Sanofi policies, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Valid driver's license
Travel Requirements
  • Approximately 50% travel depending on geography
