Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to support Independent Living, Housing and Employment Services for individuals with behavioral health needs in Arizona.

You will coordinate with the Case Manager and Clinical Coordinator to ensure delivery of community-based supports and services. The role requires mobility, with about 80% of time spent in the field meeting with clients to review progress or arrange additional services.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred in behavioral health.
• 1 year experience with the SMI population; experience across settings and levels of care preferred.
• 6 months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) proficiency per policy.
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) within 12 months of employment.
• Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
• Peer Certification (if applicable).
