Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Foreman to lead refrigeration installation teams on commercial and industrial projects in Eau Claire, WI. You will supervise rack systems, cases, piping and controls, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance.

Responsibilities include planning daily field activities, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors, mentoring technicians, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records to deliver reliable HVAC-R solutions.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans
Plan and oversee daily field activities; coordinate with GCs and subcontractors
Supervise installation, verify correct assembly, and ensure workmanship standards
Mentor and support technicians; assign tasks and provide on-site guidance
Troubleshoot refrigeration and controls issues and coordinate technical resolution
Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Support energy-efficient HVAC-R solutions aligned with customer reliability and performance goals
Maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
