Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a Field Recruiter to attract and hire field personnel for commercial roofing and waterproofing operations. You will build talent pipelines through schools, trade programs, and events, while coordinating with superintendents and project leadership to meet staffing needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, effective sourcing, and full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, including field and office recruitment as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting for hourly and skilled-trades positions.
• Travel locally and regionally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, or field service environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for field staff.
• Source and screen candidates for Roofing, Waterproofing, and Sheet metal roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Attend job fairs and community outreach to build pipelines.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and reports.
