Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain metrics, and act as a brand ambassador in construction communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in construction or skilled trades.
• Willingness to travel to Chamberlin markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire field employees.
• Source, screen, and hire Roofing, Waterproofing, and Sheet Metal personnel.
• Build active candidate pipelines through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and skills.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and candidate tracking.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Operations Leaders on staffing needs.
• Represent Chamberlin at hiring events and community programs.
• Travel regionally to support recruiting needs as required.
