Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Field Recruiter/Trainer to support field operations across the Southeast. The role involves overseeing the full recruitment cycle, screening applicants via phone interviews, and coordinating training for new hires.

You will mentor new staff and act as a liaison between hires and managers, with other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in drywall or related construction staffing, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.

Responsibilities

The Field Recruiter / Trainer performs various functions regarding field operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.
  • Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
  • Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in the drywall business.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
